1 /5 Laura Rode: Waited to get confirmation that my store order pick up was ready. Finally I called the store and was told one of the two items were not available. I would have chosen another store instead of making a day in the Rochester area unnecessarily. Charge card still shows pending authorization. The staff told me they were very busy and only 2 staff were working.
I used my birthday chicos $$ and that was not issued back to me. I wanted to go to different location but could not use the birthday $$. What a frustrating mess.
I have considered chicos an upscale store with prided customer service.

Called the phone number to follow up , after being on hold and explained the reason for my call, Loretta was to put me through to the dept that handled poor reviews. Ive been on hold over 15 minutes. What poor customer service. Hanging up now!! No one answered, just annoying music
