1 /5 Ban Jamil: I visited the Talbots at Twelve Oaks Mall while traveling from Canada, and was shocked by the lack of customer service. The staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. I’ve had much better experiences at Talbots back home and left this store disappointed. Definitely not what I expected from such a reputable brand.

2 /5 Susan Costello: I was in the store looking for some specific items. As I walked through, the two associates were talking, never acknowledging me. They were too busy in their story. As a retail worker, it is imperative to greet customers.
