T.J. Maxx - Rochester Hills (MI)

1 /5 Sajjad Ahamed: The higher authority really needs to look into the staff behavior at this store. I have been going to this store for the last four years, but never seen such awful situation. If you just go to any other TJ maxx outlets near Shelby, Troy or Auburn Hills, you will experience way better customer service. Employees at the registers will give unnecessary hassle when you try to return items or have issues with price tags or the products. Most annoying part is while you’re dealing with the issue, they would talk to each other in a foreign language which is more discomforting. Because you would feel like they are talking about you, and you can’t understand any words but feel the embarrassement.

1 /5 C C: They are very rude, every time you need to return something they are looking for excuses, it is so hard returning something even if you have the ticket and the label from store. The excuse was that the brand has an incorrect price, someone tell me how the customers can know if the price is correct or not? The item had the store ticket I have my store receipt, what else should I need? They are so rude.

1 /5 L. Mary Shamon: DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this store. They don’t care about you or the money that you spend in there. You will wait in line for 30+ minutes. I feel so bad saying this, but the cashiers move so slow I have honestly never seen anything like it. They have a line wrapped around and when they’re scanning they’re moving slower than a turtle. For me to leave a review that means it’s really bad. The manager came by for something and saw that the line is wrapped around and didn’t step into help. I have told myself I will never come to this TJ Maxx, but I thought let me give it another chance maybe things changed. NEVER AGAIN. Waisted over 30 plus minutes in line! Management needs to step it up! Hire more people and put them behind the register or come around and help yourself instead of doing nothing in the back!

1 /5 K “Coffeeaddict” Dee: Rude staff. Suzanne, the acting manager was very rude when rejecting returns i had because a shirt had lint on it. She said it had animal fur on it which isnt true. It was black and was in a bag with a sweater that shed fibers on the black shirt. First they said they wouldnt return my items because they didnt scan but they are winter clothes and still have tags so they said ok. Then Suzanne looked at the clothes and said no cant take because of lint. I have included pictures. Horrible customer service. I work across the street so this store was one i bought a lot of stuff at. I will go elsewhere.

1 /5 Zoro Zorro: The cashier here is so mean. I grabbed the same exact bras with same brand they were both in the sale isle but one of them had a sale tag the other one didn’t. I went up to her and told her that she said no I won’t sell it to you because they are two different colors. What????? Since when do we not sell items that are exactly the same but different colors for the same price?????? This tj max cashier is extremely rude she was Arabic chaldean I could tell. I asked for a supervisor she said she was but I don’t think she was.
