1 /5 Sam Rao: LOL Laughing at the other 1 star reviews-- Let me tell you!! I was wondering why ALL the recent reviews at the Canton location are 1 star and now I know... management is a joke!
If you’re looking for a Pilates studio that values rigid policies over actual customer service, then congrats—you’ve found it! This place enforces a five-minutes late, no-entry rule with zero flexibility. Well- Whether you’re actually forced to leave? That depends on who’s working the front desk. NOT TREATING ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS EQUALLY IS INSANE. Especially in the fitness and wellness space, that is not something clients should ever be worried about. It’s 2025!
The studio sits right off Ford Rd, one of the busiest intersections around, so getting there on time is already a battle. But miss it by a minute? Tough luck, you’re locked out. And since instructors only teach on certain days, missing one class means waiting a week or more to rebook. Hope you weren’t trying to build a consistent routine—because here, scheduling feels more like a punishment than a perk.
And let’s talk about the front desk worker Natalie. When I was understandably frustrated after missing out on a class due to their policies, she decided hostility was the way to go. Her tone? Absolutely unprofessional. She hit me with a condescending “come over here” like I was a misbehaving child, not a paying customer. Sorry, but the last thing I need after fighting traffic is attitude from someone whose job is literally to help people!! It’s giving mean girl attitude, not the skills of a person sitting at the front desk. And again- WHY is my workout based on the whims of the front desk?? As someone who has been late before and SEEN OTHER CLIENTS be late- why did Natalie get to decide that I was the one who couldn’t work out? On top of handling the situation terribly, she forgot that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. It was a seriously confusing yet illuminating experience.
Bottom line: If you want a Pilates studio that actually cares about its clients, look elsewhere. This place is more interested in being inflexible than actually promoting health and wellness. Love the instructors truly but management SUCKS. Power trips and money grabs. It’s ridiculous and inconsistent. It’s not a good place to build a true workout. Im so happy to spend pilates money elsewhere- there are plenty of studios that actually earned 5 stars. (I can edit with recs if anyone wants to know)
