5 /5 Jeff Jaje: Edited March2, 2023 - we are wrapping up an 8 week fitness challenge. Having done some fitness challenges at another place, I can say that this one was more complete. Instead of relying on an app for diet or tracking guidance, we had a weekly meal idea to try, as well as an at home workout, and the coaches were available for questions and encouragement. This challenge also focused more on long term change, like rewarding counting macros, instead of just focusing on one metric like weight or body fat percentage.

Coaches are friendly, helpful, encouraging, and design a challenging workout. Gym is clean and organized, with a variety of equipment to keep the workouts from getting bag stale.
