1 /5 The Deesup2k: I utilize this gym solely on the fact that it’s the only one in my area open early enough for me to be able to get my workouts in before work. Unfortunately, it seems the staff or someone at this location stopped showing up? I’ve been coming for over a year when they open at 5:00 am like clock work, there’s no notice on their door, website, social media that indicates they are opening later on these days. I get up early to drive here and it’s closed when I do? Yeah, I plan on switching gyms as soon as possible, and I’ll gladly let them know the reason why.

2 /5 Carmen Hernandez: The gym starts basically trowing you out before 7:45 letting me know to start wrapping up. Ive been working out at Crunch for years and never gotten asked to wrap it up let alone lights turn off in the entire gym 15 min beforehand. The workers that were there before were so much nicer to members than they are now.

1 /5 Embarcadero Drive: For the past two consecutive workdays, the gym has not been opened on time — no staff were present to unlock the doors. Each day, more than a dozen cars sat in the parking lot with members waiting, only to be turned away. This is unacceptable. If the facility has closed permanently, members deserve to be informed. If it remains open, then leaving paying members locked out without notice or explanation reflects poorly on operations and customer commitment. The timing of these issues, coming so soon after the transition to corporate ownership, is especially concerning. Members rely on this gym as part of their daily routine, and trust is quickly eroded when basic access and communication are not prioritized.

1 /5 Victor Liu: absolutely terrible management. Had to call multiple times for charging me a year of memberships after cancelling, was told each time I will get a call back from a manager. The one time i got hold of the manager he then told me to resign a cancellation form so I wont get any future charges. I was then told in order to receive a refund another HIGHER manager would “DEFINITELY” contact me the next monday. I confirmed multiple times and guess what no call was ever received and I was charged an additional time! Quite laughable how a management this absurdly bad is allowed to run a business.
