    Aaron Spork: Been at Fit2Live for a while, love the gym and community. WOD coaches are awesome! Decided to try out the nutritional side of the house and it did not disappoint. Katie helped me dial up my protein intake and strategically find ways to have fewer calories. I have the tools now to sustain eating/fueling for a functional healthy life. Happy to report, I added muscle while losing fat as well. Could not recommend enough Katie or the nutritional program.

    Mary Braun: Would give 0 stars if possible. I didn’t show up exactly 15 minutes early for my first class and was turned away. I wasn’t aware of the policy- I’ll admit there’s a small disclaimer in Class Pass which I saw after the fact, but considering how strict it apparently is maybe they could have emailed or called about it. I was about 10 minutes early which I’m sure is plenty of time to ‘get me situated’ for an exercise class. It’s not rocket science…
    Thrive Training Facility - Ann Arbor
    Cody Maldonado: I’ve been training at Thrive in Ann Arbor for over three years and can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had the chance to work with all of their trainers — every one of them is top-notch. They know how to push your limits while keeping a strong focus on proper form and correcting any mobility issues. It’s always my best workout of the week, and the level of care and expertise they bring is exceptional.

    Virginia Bushnell: Really great… if u are taking classes and don’t have a membership here but like to workout, what are you doing?! You can also buy coffee M-F at their smoothie cafe, and they have French vanilla creamer. You don’t need a membership to access the cafe part of the workout center. I used to have a membership yrs ago then canceled and forgot how great this place is. They give you a scan in sticker that you can put on your student ID or wherever.

    Abigail McFee: I love AIR so much! I’m finishing up my first month as a member, and no studio in Ann Arbor has made me feel so at home. Dede is incredibly welcoming (and an amazing instructor), and I have loved my classes with her, Jake, and Lalita. The classes are full-body workouts that build strength and stamina, but they are also so playful and joyful — I love the way it feels to move and stretch in the silks. 50 minutes fly by. I find myself looking forward to class all day (not the norm for me — I usually dread workouts). There is great variety between the Foundation and Intermediate classes, Floor Lab, and Flow, so a given week really offers the opportunity for multiple kinds of movement depending on your mood. I feel like this is a hidden gem in Ann Arbor and can’t wait to keep coming back.

    Anna Dutton: Orange Theory is the only gym that has been able to inspire me to consistently workout at least 3 times a week for 7 years! Coaches and staff are the best. Every workout is slightly different and works the whole body. I just have to walk in and they tell me what to do. I look and feel great, all thanks to the best gym in town! Thank you, Orange Theory!

    Ben Kelly: Very chic studio, the energy is upbeat and motivating. The studio space is immaculately clean and well cared for, the instructors make a point to connect with each client and hear their goals and concerns, I felt very supported and inspired to keep coming back and working on my strength. I took "Buns and Guns" (one of the many pilates classes) and it was a great total body workout with a focus on our glutes and upper body, the combination movements really helped to challenge me but with the adjustments from the instructor I felt like I got a magnificent workout. Will definitely be going back!

    Karen G: Jes is a phenomenal trainer for core strength, mobility, cardio fitness and more. Shes one of the most positive and supportive trainers Ive worked with over the years. Ive seen her work with pro athletes, older clients and in 1-1 or group settings. Her knowledgeably nutrition is also super helpful.

    Erin Prior: My happy place! The best, most inclusive and empowering workout I’ve ever done. Strength, cardio, mindfulness and it all creates major burn! Have done B3 for years and this studio is so big, bright and the community of clients and instructors is really special. They offer their 45-60 min signature classes, cardio focused classes, strength focused classes and a mindful flow class. There’s nothing like it. AND they offer childcare! A workout you can do every day since it is low impact all while working so hard on major muscle groups and the muscles we don’t even know we have. Love that clients are of all ages and body types and there are many modifications given and encouraged by instructors to challenge AND honor your body each class. It’s so functional and has strengthened, toned and supported my body in ways that I don’t get elsewhere. A great option for your primary workout or even cross training if you are a runner / cyclist etc. Go get your first free class and see (and feel) for yourself!!
