5 /5 Mike Hathaway: Great 1 hour workouts that are fun and keep you moving. Very little downtime in-between exercises so it goes by quick! I burn between 800 to 900 calories per session. Treadmill, rower, weights, TRX, floor exercises. All good stuff to keep the heart rate elevated. They have knowledgeable, helpful trainers. Friendly staff. 5 stars!
