However, after having a short introduction to this service, I knew I was hooked. I have incorporated this into my regular routine. The staff have incredible training to keep your body safe, and do only what your body is capable of doing. I have noticed a major change in the way my body feels, and I look forward to keep using the service as I continue to my fitness journey! Highly recommend! For those that are not into fitness, the benefits of stretching reach far beyond those who need it for physical fitness. As a trained yoga instructor, I see the innate benefit in stretching. Having someone to assist with that stretching offers a different level of relaxation as well as health for the body.
