Golf Doc: Numerous lights out in facility. Damaged pads carrying staph. Cockroaches in shower. Management is clueless !!!
The Edge Fitness Clubs - Sterling Heights
    The Edge Fitness Clubs
Samantha Hampson: One star review is not because of the corporate itself. Its because the gym is run by a bunch of hypocrites and not a one of the employees still employed there has any self respect or owns up to thier mistakes. Catherine Barba was and is the BEST trainer and most honest person I have met. As a friend and as a professional, I will follow her to the next gym that decides to respect what she does for HER clients. If you want to live in a fairytale where everyone wants to be nice to your face and talk behind your back, then by all means. Go to Edge Fitness on 18 mile. Also, watch your check book, because they like to charge you for sessions that are one on one with your trainer, but not let you or the trainer know either. Make sure you read the fine prints, just like I did, and when you have questions, just like I asked, make sure you are signing up for what you assume you are signing up for.
    Pulse Fitness - Pleasant Ridge
Cameron Cavazos: Incredibly disappointed. From the area but moved away for work, have followed Pulse throughout the years and was looking forward to joining when I moved back home. Joined for 2 months and cancelled. If you go while there’s a class, don’t bother bringing headphones. If you join and only use the open gym, they’ll treat you as such. Classes are what they care about and if you aren’t drinking the kool aid you will feel unwelcome. I was working out on their turf section, no class going on, one of their trainers came into the back room and turned his music on the loudspeaker and audibly laughed as I took my headphones out because I couldn’t hear. We were told a sauna was being put in. If it’s anything like the bathrooms, don’t go in it. Fruit flies all over the bathroom. Lastly, why would you put the cardio machines in the hottest part of the building? Upstairs in the corner? All in all, the least welcoming gym I’ve ever been a part of. Would not recommend for $100.

    Planet Fitness - Sterling Heights
    Planet Fitness
Alyssa Wayys: The staff at this location baffles me. They are beyond rude, specifically this one male. They act like children laughing in your face when you check in and judge you hardcore. I thought planet fitness was supposed to be a judgement free zone. I’m from out of town and my normal planet fitness would never ever treat people like this. They need to hire some better workers. I also had one encounter where this man at the front desk asked my 14 year old brother for an ID in order to be a guest. No other gym ever does this. I find this place rediculous so I would rather go to the one in Shelby! They are much nicer.
    Inclusively Fit - Sterling Heights
Kevin Hall: My son and i are approaching, 3 years of training, at Inclusively Fit. His strength, confidence, and conditioning has been unparalleled. His social skills and camraderie, have been unmatched, and the routine, has benefitted him, immensely. The owners and staff are most, accomodating.
    LA Fitness - Sterling Heights
    LA Fitness
Yuhui Sun: Clean and well-maintained LA Fitness location. It has great amenities including a pool, squash courts, a basketball court, and plenty of equipment for all types of workouts. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed—perfect for a focused, personal workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness experience.

TheGrammy Slammerr: Awful experience. The manager, Aaron, was extremely rude and dismissive. I came in after moving back to the area just to check out the gym again, and instead of being welcoming, he acted like I was doing something wrong. His attitude alone was enough to make me walk out. I was planning to sign up, but after that interaction, I definitely won’t be returning.
    Transformation Lab - Sterling Heights
Syed Aftab: This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. My trainer, Taiwan, is incredible and has been an integral part of my fitness journey. All of the trainers here are amazing and make everyone feel welcome. This is a straight to the point, no fluff gym. Whether you’re a beginner like myself, or a professional athlete, this is the spot. If you’re looking for a trainer led gym, look no further. They offer boxing classes as well, and often collaborate with other fitness teams to introduce clients to new things such as post-workout recovery, mobility, etc.. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the gym. I’m seeing results I haven’t seen from any other program and the team here at the Lab is to thank for that.
    Anytime Fitness - Madison Heights
Paul O’Brien: Road tripped to see some family and needed a gym. I was set up by management really quick. This place has everything, is well kept up, and the staff is great. My gym in LA is super annoying (John Reed) and this place is the exact opposite. Recommended 10000%.
