1 /5 Samantha Hampson: One star review is not because of the corporate itself. Its because the gym is run by a bunch of hypocrites and not a one of the employees still employed there has any self respect or owns up to thier mistakes. Catherine Barba was and is the BEST trainer and most honest person I have met. As a friend and as a professional, I will follow her to the next gym that decides to respect what she does for HER clients. If you want to live in a fairytale where everyone wants to be nice to your face and talk behind your back, then by all means. Go to Edge Fitness on 18 mile. Also, watch your check book, because they like to charge you for sessions that are one on one with your trainer, but not let you or the trainer know either. Make sure you read the fine prints, just like I did, and when you have questions, just like I asked, make sure you are signing up for what you assume you are signing up for.

5 /5 samer khamesea: I really appreciate the staff at the front desk here, Jade and Nick. They always give me such positive energy every time I come to the gym. Honestly, I’ve never seen employees like them in other gyms. They’re cheerful, energetic, and make me feel welcomed. In other gyms, the staff usually look like they’re half asleep, but here it’s completely different. Jade and Nick always greet me with a smile and make my day better. They truly make this place feel like a second home. Keep up the great work, Jade and Nick – you both are amazing!

5 /5 Sandy C “Sandyclause”: I love this gym! It’s bright clean and has such a positive vibe. Caleb runs a good show! The club is not too crowded and the Strong classes are fantastic! The kind of class you love to hate. Kicks my rear in a painfully good way. My son absolutely loves the kids club. Staff there are compassionate and attentive. Bella and Jillian clearly love the kids and make sure they have a great experience. My son always asks to go to his gym. He loves the interactive games. Don’t believe the sour grapes reviews.

1 /5 Mahzabin Choudhury: My husband and I both signed up for the free trial yesterday. We then scheduled our visit and went yesterday as well. Once we went up to the desk, the employee greeted us and proceeded to come around the desk to speak with us. We let him know that we signed up for the free trial as we’re trying out different gyms to find the best fit. He then asked us both if we had been there before. I stated that I had not been there before, my husband stated that he had visited in the past but did not have a membership or free trial at any point. The employee proceeded to tell my husband that he couldn’t do the free trial simply because he had visited before? But instead he could buy the membership if he wanted to work out with me. After this, he sat us both down to go through the memberships and everything that is supposedly better than all the other gyms. We felt very unwelcome as we were both excited to try this gym out, it really ruined the experience for us. Lastly, we didn’t even get a tour of the gym so we ended up leaving.
