My experience with customer service and loan officers has also been positive. They are very responsive to questions and concerns, and very thorough overall!

I ask them if I could get my fees back since this has never happened and they said no. No loyalty at all so Ill just my business somewhere else

1 /5 harsh patel: Dont give any reward bonuses they promised. Even after fulfilling all the requirements and confirmed with agent on chat when the time came for giving out bonus the found one reason and refused to give bonus. We lost bonus for four account of my family members. Very disappointed.
