5 /5 Erika: In town for a work trip and spent the majority of my prep time researching the best place to get Detroit pizza in the area, and all signs pointed to Buddy’s. Called in an order to be picked up after work and was impressed with the speed and quality of their takeout. Nick, who worked the separate takeout area in the back, was super friendly and made sure my order was correct before leaving. I got the 4 cut Super 6 Mile and it didn’t disappoint. The veggies were the perfect balance to the dense, gooey cheese and the dough had the perfect thickness to be chewy on the bottom but with crispy edges. All around pleasantly surprised with Buddy’s. The 4-cut was $18 but well worth it. As something with a big appetite I was only able to eat half, but will be enjoying the rest for cold breakfast tomorrow :)
