1 /5 Joanna Rodriguez: My boyfriend placed an online food order for his birthday dinner. He arrived at the time he was told it would be ready, he went up to the counter and gave his name and asked if he order was ready, the guy at the counter said no. So he waited a few more minutes and tihen asked he is that bag back there my order? because at this point it was past the time we were told it would be ready. The guy at the counter said NO again. So my boyfriend waited again, a few more minutes past and the guy at the counter said is there a. ****** ******** here? (my boyfriends name) shocked! My boyfriend walks up and says that’s mine I came up and asked you twice if my order was ready! The guys says no you didn’t. But the worker who was next to him says ummm yes he did. So my boyfriend says ok just give me my order, he gets home and as I am checking the order I notice it’s WRONG!! We ordered 20 traditional wings half Parmesan garlic and half mild buffalo, a large potato wedge and and additional 6 piece Parmesan garlic and a regular fry. We ended up with 10 parm garlic and 5 buffalo and the 5 piece and the wings hardly had any sauce and because he waited 15 more minutes than what we were told all of our food was cold! And we only love 3 minutes away. We attempted to call the manager 5 or 6 times. We were on hold once for about 5 minutes then the call was disconnected and the other times we were just hung up on! For as much as people pay for food here we should get what we pay for and we should get better service!
