5 /5 Raymond: Who knew? Ernies on the creek has been open over a year now snuggled next to paint creek river off main in downtown Rochester. First time visit to celebrate wifes birthday. Outdoor seating is a must, heated and enclosed in inclement weather, as you become mesmerized by paint creek river racing along with a forest canopy in the background. The zaganaki and rather large bowl of lemon rice soup as starters were more than enough for two. Our waitress, Katrina, was gracious and genuinely joyful taking our order. The lemon chicken, lemon potato wedges and vegetable medley paired extremely well, and again, more than enough for two to share. Throw in an autumn negroni cocktail and a lemonade, the food and ambiance of dining there was 67 dollars. Definitely well worth it.
