1 /5 Vy Nguyen: the customer service here is disgusting, I was waiting line for a pick up order and when the person in front of me was done I started to walk up with a smile on my face, tried to say hi and one of the workers, a middle aged bald tall white man with glasses shoved his hand in my face and said "nope Im not ready for you" and walks away? like I get your life is miserable but dont take it out on your customers. dont pick up your online orders here.

3 /5 Michele J: Not so good experience 12/8/25. I ordered some Prada cologne online. My son ordered some coach cologne. They were both to be ready today and I was picking them up. 1pm rolls around and they are still not ready and Im already at Macys with the store having been open over 3 hours now. Mind you I could have walked in the store and purchased them immediately. Customer service guy looks up order and cant tell me anything. Then says I can purchase them upstairs and come back downstairs and cancel the order that Ive already paid for. What kind of sense does that make. I asked him "why would I do that?". He had no answer. I understand its holiday time but it was literally only 2 bottles of cologne that were 1 floor up inside the same store. Needs better customer service. The 3 stars is for the sale that Macys had going on that day and for the sales people in the fragrance department that I interacted with on the way to pick up my order.

5 /5 Juli SzAlkowski: I went with my son to get a suit. I was greeted by Hala immediately. She was warm, professional and knowledgeable. She was busy with other customers and also on the register. But she always checked in on us and offered great suggestions. We ended up buying a suit and walked out of the store happy and in a timely manner. Hala went above and beyond and we were impressed by the amazing customer Service she provided.
