2 /5 Steven Arterburn: Beware of soda best buy dates.
I stopped here during Christmas week and wanted to get a 6 pack of MI state of mind sodas to share with family. As I started picking them out I realized most of the bottles had "Best By" dates that had passed, in November or September. Only one flavor had not passed the date so I purchased those. When questioning the cashier I was told best by is not the same as expired. I do agree this is true. However with soda the chances of going flat or having poor taste go up the further you get past this date (especially 90+ days). So I just find this misleading and deceptive. This may not be a deal breaker for many but good to be aware of.
