5 /5 Krista Burke: Top brands, half the price. If youre too poor to buy cheap like me this is the place to go. Reasonable prices for stuff that lasts! Lots of clothing, purses, and shoes. They have mens, kids, and womens clothing and shoes. Small home goods, Jewelry, and travel sections. They always have new stuff, clean store, helpful staff, and great clearance!

4 /5 Dawn Haworth: My husband was able to find some nice button-up dress shirts. Unfortunately for me, I typically cant find anything. One thing that was very annoying while we waited in line was, about three or four employees chatting while the line was getting longer. Finally, after 3 to 5 minutes one of the ladies turned and said "I can help you here". They definitely werent chatting about work.

1 /5 Nova: The service at the register was disappointing. The second time in a month Mitzis B "bad attitude with the bleach blonde bob" The cashier was unfriendly and seemed bothered by simple questions. If you dont like your job QUIT!! Just that simple. It made the whole checkout experience uncomfortable she kept mentioning this is the rack like youre poor because you shop here.. Customer service training is definitely needed. I do not recommend this store at all. Please just go over to Nordstrom in the mall. Those employees have such an amazing attitude and customer service is unmatched. They treat you with so much gratitude and respect.

1 /5 Fatima Moussa: Lines take forever to move. Ten people in line and only two cashiers open. Once I waited in line for 25 minutes they gave me a hard time to return things I had bought online. The workers here need more training on how to use the system but things that were easily accessible for them were difficult for the employees to find, such as product and order numbers.

1 /5 Dale Ritter II: PAY ATTENTION WHEN RINGING UP ITEMS. This store is a joke. We stopped by there on 3-28-2025 and I found 2 pairs of shoes i wanted. I get to the cash register and the woman rang up the first pair of shoes. It rang up for $109.00 even though the sticker was for $99. Then the second pair of shoes rang up for $44, thats the price on the ticket. But she then says thats not right and called someone to verify. The person who came up couldnt verify either because the item even though it scanned showed no picture in the system. I ended up having to ask for a manager, the manager then supposably found it and said it was supposed to be $149. They then offered to correct the price on the overcharge on the other pair of shoes. Lol. Needless to say they wouldnt honor the discounted price.
