1 /5 Oksana Sharova: I had a very disappointing experience at Pucsan today. The store was advertising a promotion — buy one item, get the second one 50% off on everything. I picked two items and double-checked with the staff if the promotion applied. They told me yes, but after scanning my items, they suddenly said that one of the T-shirts was not included in the promotion. What made it worse was the attitude. The staff was not friendly at all, and the whole interaction felt unprofessional. I ended up paying only for one item and leaving, mostly because my daughter likes their clothes — otherwise, I wouldn’t shop there again. On my way out, I went back to check where the T-shirt was displayed, and there was no sign at all saying it wasn’t part of the promotion. Very misleading and frustrating. This store really needs to improve communication, customer service, and how promotions are labeled.

1 /5 Holly: I’m absolutely shocked that this location is still open. The store is a complete mess, and the employees are extremely rude. It’s obvious they don’t want to be there, as most were either on their phones or chatting like a group of mean girls. The fitting rooms were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was just depressing. It’s clear the store manager doesn’t care or hold the employees accountable. My review would be very different. I’m not hard to please (I worked in retail for 15 years) but this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will be contacting corporate because this is simply unacceptable. At this point, they might as well shut the whole place down. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

5 /5 Rebecca S: I always get a “Hello, welcome in!” by this amazing staff, the staff here is great and helped me find clothes for my daughter for Christmas. Although it is very busy the staff here still accommodate and help customers to the best of their ability, I love it here!

1 /5 Michelle Paich: Went at store open and three associates stood behind the counter and no one greeted us asked us if we needed help. My daughter needed jeans and I had the hardest time digging through stacks to find them. I eventually had to go ask to be let into a fitting room and no one ever check back. We left and spent $400 at American Eagle instead. As a former PacSun manager (almost 20 years ago) it’s sad to see it as a shell of the hip skater/surfer store it once was.

1 /5 Summer Ransom: Customer service in the fitting rooms was terrible. Long line, 2 fitting rooms not being used, dirty, bad lighting, and no attendant. Had to walk out to the sales floor and ask one of the 3 girls for help (they were chatting behind the register). The girl that checked us out at the register was sweet. Store needs some upgrades/maintenance.
