5 /5 Mary Foster: Good variety of well made clothing and staff members are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They have good sales regularly,and if you need to order a different size or color you will still get the sale price. The return policy is generous.

1 /5 Charu Dua: I have been going to Talbots for over a decade now and have never had a disrespectful and rude behavior from a cashier until today. I wanted to use the coupons that Talbots sent to me and Debra- the lady at the checkout counter scorned and sarcastically smirked looking at those- not once, but multiple times. I asked if there was a problem and I was told “nothing” in a tone! Absolutely distasteful and bad experience! I hope the management makes note that!

1 /5 wazbest@aol.com Best: Will Not be returning to Talbots in Rochester Hills Michigan. A person by the name of Michelle, a market manager, was so rude to other customers and myself. She wasn’t helpful when someone asked her a question, and then actually yelled at us. I have been a customer, for many many years, and I’ve never encountered anything like this before. Very sad.

4 /5 Laurie Moses: I love shopping at Talbots. The customer care is wonderful. All of the associates have gone out of there way to be helpful. I am disappointed that the women’s petite Dept keeps shrinking. I spend at least $2000. annually in this store. When shopping online it’s usually hit or miss and I end up going all the way back to Rochester to return it.

3 /5 Dianne Mckinnon: Not very happy with Talbots return policy. Tried to return some clothing after about six months. Was told after 90 days no returns. These are expensive pants and sweater I bought and then lost a bunch of weight after being ill. I didn’t expect a refund, but I did think a store credit would be fair. I probably spend about $2000.00 per year at Talbots because they have classic clothing for petite women. I shop in At Talbots in MI and also in FL. Very disappointed!
