5 /5 Msbravado: First time coming, very welcoming. We had Jake as our instructor, he was fun, kind, and welcoming. As a beginner, we loved that we went to this location. Definitely coming again. We also enjoyed how calm an pretty the rooms were. Lights were dimmed, candles lit, room was heated.

They are always welcoming, friendly and have a perfect environment to do yoga! It is a real escape from the daily grind and is a so impactful to have the group together to be in a peaceful gathering. Thank you Dr Melissa for setting this up fro us, and thank you for making the event so worthwhile!

5 /5 Susanna Wang: I cannot recommend this studio enough!!! Front desk, instructors, and owner (Alice) took the time to know me by name. Yoga studio is a perfect heated temp and full of any prop you might need. Wide variety of classes including adaptive yoga and sound baths. I wish I could stay forever, but Im unfortunately moving out of the state. I hope I can find a place half as good as Common Thread!

The studio is clean, beautiful, and warm with a heated floor. They have many different types of classes that suit your needs, and your mood on that day whether you want to challenge yourself or some relaxing. Love to be here!

saw w: This place is Dirtiest gym I’ve ever been in. It appears the upkeep of the place continues to decline. The dumbbell area has dirt and grime all over. At the bottom and around all the workout machines there is dirt and they look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The men’s locker room is filthy. The sauna looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The tanning area is constantly dirty. I don’t think they ever get cleaned. The machines are constantly broke and take weeks to fix. It feels and looks like the owner and management could care lees about the condition of this facility, but like clockwork, your membership dues come out every month. You began to ask a question, what am I paying for?

I missed a few of my normal sessions and he checked on me. Dennis recalls conversations from weeks ago and has given me very good advice on form and ways to improve. You’re not just customers at Ethos. They genuinely want to see you get better and are happy to help along the way. I recommend Ethos Human Performance to anyone.

I find my riding skills have improved tremendously since I have started weekly private sessions with Helen. She addresses each of my goals and increases the challenges week by week. I have gained enough core strength and balance to help me compete successfully on a fairly green horse in dressage while we also have fun jumping small Cross Country courses. Terri4886: I just finished my fourth class and I love this place. I am a 69yo obese female with alot of health problems, but I am already feeling so much stronger. The instructors are so helpful since I need alot of modifications (cant get down on the floor, cant kneel) but they are giving me a workout! Each instructor is different, but I want to give special thanks to Karen who is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, yet with a no-nonsense-get-down-to-business approach. She is also a good teacher as she explains which muscle group we should be feeling/targeting. The management staff has been so helpful to me to download and navigate the app, as I have upgraded from 4 classes/mo to 8 classes, and right now I am thinking of going to the unlimited plan. I havent exercised in 20 years and I am determined to be a success at this, and the team at Club Pilates in Canton is helping me make that a reality.

Amanda O’Neal: Can’t say enough good things about this gym. I have made so many gains in the year I have been going - I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, even before I had kids! Knowledgeable trainer, supportive community, and kick ass workouts.
