I love that there is a mix of both so you can pick/choose what class youre in the mood for. PWR Method is perfect if youre looking for a true full body workout. The atmosphere, instructors and music make this studio so unique and FUN! If youre hesitant to try it just do it! You will feel so welcomed when you arrive and so strong when you leave. Highly recommend!

Autumn Santeler: I took a 75 minute yoga class with the instructor Kayla and it was fantastic. She had logical and safe sequences and great energy. Kayla made the poses and peak pose approachable so I was able to get into them not only easier, but also deeper. Just when I thought I had nothing left, she encouraged me to keep going to my full potential. Kayla gave me an assist which was a nice back massage in child’s pose. What a wonderful class. Kayla is my new favorite instructor.

Abraham Navarrete: I moved to Ann Arbor at the beginning of the year so I decided to cancel my membership at this location as it wouldn’t make sense for me to drive almost 40 min to Canton. I reached out to TOM to let him know that I would be canceling my membership, he said that all I had to do would be to return the key card and after 30 days it would be canceled, and so I did exactly that, I reached out to him to let him know that I returned the key and even thanked him. Well…. Come to find out 6 months later going through my bank statements that his been charging me for the past 6 MONTHS after my membership was supposedly cancelled. When I reached out to him all I got was: “I’ll look into it”. I mean NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY for HIS mistake? That’s assuming of course that he didn’t charge me for 6 months just to rob me. Anyway, after nearly a month of not hearing from him I got concerned that I might get charged again so I decided to reach out again only to get a text saying I wouldn’t get charged anymore. When I asked about the $240 for the 6 months I was charged I simply got ignored as if it was pennies. It is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING the way this man runs his business and takes advantage of people, portraying himself as a good person who helps the community. The owner TOM HIDES and takes NO ACCOUNTABILITY for his mistakes showing his true character. Do not waste your time or money on a business that is run by a person that shows 0 care for the very people that feeds him and his family.

I had a premium membership for about four months, but due to my schedule, I couldn’t attend regularly. This review has been sitting in my drafts for a while, and I’m finally posting it! Booking is easy via their app, but classes fill up quickly, and their strict Late Arrival Policy ensures punctuality. Be aware of late cancel or no-show penalties, as they help maintain accountability. The workouts are well-structured, diverse, and challenging, keeping each session fresh and exciting. I particularly enjoy the 3G workouts, where you rotate between treadmills, rowing machines, and floor exercises with weights. The dynamic mix ensures that no two sessions feel the same, making it a fantastic way to stay engaged and push your limits. A standout feature is the heart rate monitor, which tracks your performance and provides real-time feedback on your heart rate zones. This helps you optimize your effort and monitor your progress. The monitor can also be used at home for personal workouts, which adds great value. The coaches and staff are incredible, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to every class. They make each workout enjoyable and help you push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. A special mention to Manager Kate, who was very helpful in resolving an account issue for me. The location offers ample parking, but there have been incidents of car break-ins during early morning hours. It’s best to park in well-lit areas and avoid leaving valuables in your car. Overall, OrangeTheory Fitness is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a fun, effective, and well-organized workout experience. The combination of diverse workouts, supportive staff, innovative heart rate tracking, and a strong focus on accountability makes it a standout fitness option. Highly recommended!

T G: It’s an ok gym. The gym equipment is a bit outdated and you can tell just buy looking at it and there’s not even a workout machine for every muscle group. Another thing is that some of the more popular workout machines are limited meaning there’s only 1 machine of that type so you have 3-4 different people waiting to use it while the workout machines that aren’t popular at all have about 6 of that same machine. Someone obviously wasn’t thinking when purchasing the machines or the machines just broke over time. The aquatic center is decent, the hot tub and sauna are my favorite. The pools are good too though it can get extremely crowded so you have to fight for some space lol. Last thing are the people that come here. I’ve had many experiences with people in the locker room on the verge of fighting others for little things, for example there was a gentleman on the phone with his girlfriend/wife in the locker room and a random guy went up to him and started screaming at him to get off his phone due to it being against the “rules”. The guy on the phone gave him the finger and then they just went at it yelling at each other. Eventually the guy on the phone ended up leaving and the situation was over. That is just one of the many crazy incidents that I’ve encountered at this gym. Overall it’s a ok gym for a quick dip in the pool or a workout session but that’s about it.

Kangning Chen: We can’t say enough good things about Coach Kyle. Kyle is personable, encouraging, and always fun to work with. My husband and I have been in the Duo Program with Kyle for the past 6 months, and he was able to design effective training sessions to accommodate our very different fitness goals. Kyle is great about keeping training sessions progressive, adapting to our ability levels, keeping it safe, but giving us enough push th we were able to see results in just a month. What I love about training with Kyle is that it’s not just about what happens at the gym - Kyle educates us on healthy eating and habits and checks in with us weekly to make sure we stay on track with healthy living goals we set together. The Fitt Factory, where Kyle holds his training sessions, is a nice, clean gym that only takes private sessions. If you prefer a more private environment, this will be a great spot for you.

Saher Soliman: This gym has been the best experience I’ve had in a gym. I love the family atmosphere in there. I can’t wait until they add more classes. For $10 fitness class you get a free nutrition shake or tea. What an amazing value. The cardio drumming class will definitely work up a sweat.

ARUN KUNNUMPURAM THOMAS: I had a great experience training at this gym. My personal trainer, Cody, was excellent— flexible with scheduling, attentive to my needs, and always prepared workouts that targeted every muscle group. He was patient and knowledgeable, especially when I had an injury, offering safe modifications and useful advice. The classes and trainers here are also very friendly—John was very supportive and made the workouts enjoyable. The overall atmosphere in the gym is welcoming, and the members are just as friendly, which makes working out here a great experience. Highly recommend!
