Booking is easy via their app, but classes fill up quickly, and their strict Late Arrival Policy ensures punctuality. Be aware of late cancel or no-show penalties, as they help maintain accountability.
The workouts are well-structured, diverse, and challenging, keeping each session fresh and exciting. I particularly enjoy the 3G workouts, where you rotate between treadmills, rowing machines, and floor exercises with weights. The dynamic mix ensures that no two sessions feel the same, making it a fantastic way to stay engaged and push your limits.
A standout feature is the heart rate monitor, which tracks your performance and provides real-time feedback on your heart rate zones. This helps you optimize your effort and monitor your progress. The monitor can also be used at home for personal workouts, which adds great value.
The coaches and staff are incredible, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to every class. They make each workout enjoyable and help you push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. A special mention to Manager Kate, who was very helpful in resolving an account issue for me.
The location offers ample parking, but there have been incidents of car break-ins during early morning hours. It’s best to park in well-lit areas and avoid leaving valuables in your car.
