Place is always clean and all the new equipment is great!! Other gym goers are also friendly which helps making me feel comfortable, relaxed and motivated to work out.

    Nic Bitting: Justin is a great coach - knowledgeable, positive and supportive. Hes built up a community of good folks who are all working hard to get stronger and more mobile. I appreciate the smaller class sizes and the focus on Kettlebell movements.

    Leslie Shaw: Not to be dramatic, but Spoke has completely changed my perspective on working out for the better. I spent so many years working out on and off, trying so many different classes and styles of workouts to find what would fit, and trying Spoke for the first time was when it finally clicked for me! I want to cycle for LIFE. I look forward to every single class and have so much fun and I literally belly laugh sometimes because all of the instructors are all hilarious and full of personality. They tell you stories, give you the best motivation, and have great playlists that I have honestly gotten some new favorite songs from going to spin classes here. I had no idea what I was doing during my first class and felt like a kindergartner learning how to tie my shoes for the first time but everyone there, including other cyclers and instructors, are BEYOND nice and helpful and don’t make you feel judged whatsoever if it’s your first time or working out feels unnatural or scary for you. This community is so friendly and motivating as you see a lot of the same faces at class and everyone will make you feel welcome. The passion that exudes from everyone at Spoke is contagious and it shows during every single class. I love Spoke and can’t recommend it enough! It has changed my life and given me my favorite new hobby!

    jennifer byrne: My daughter and son have had wonderful experiences with ETS. We were drawn to ETS specifically for my daughter who is a multi sport athlete. We had hoped to find a program that could teach her proper strength training to help with injury prevention. It has very much helped her build strength and learn proper form, and she has seen the benefit of increased speed and strength translate into her various sports. She absolutely loves it. The coaches are fabulous and the kids have a lot of fun with them while they work out!

    Bryan Price: This place rules. The trainers are all wonderful and have amazing personalities. They keep you motivated, as does the encouraging membership. You get a great workout without it feeling like work. Bell House is the first fitness routine Ive been able to keep up with for longer than 6 months since I played team sports as a child. Im nearly 40 now. Never thought Id say this, but I actually look forward to going to the gym most days now.

    Parker Klunder: I started coming to power strength and training about two months ago since I’ve came I have seen major gains in my speed strength and just all around attitude. The trainers are great. The facilities are nice and everyone is just here to have a good time and get better together it’s always great experience 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Each trainer that I have worked with has been careful to include exercises that compliment physical therapy Ive had for chronic back and neck issues. They are able to work with people at all levels and ages with various goals, but also with different physical limitations/needs. Im thankful for the accountability and the individual care that Fitness Together provides.

    Janine Donovan: Omg this place has helped me so much. I love the all accepting vibe to people of all levels ages abilities. I started here about 2.5 years ago after thinking I had to stop long distance running. Pain in my knees had me hoping that cross training would restore my body. About 6 months in I felt so good I accepted a challenge from my daughter to do a marathon with her. I’m 54 amd training for my second marathon amd know it’s because of the coaches, the fellow classmates that I’ve been able to do this!!! Thank you OTF Knapp’s corner!!! Love you all!!!

    Angelica Gero: I lived in GR for 5 years from 2018-2023 and just came back for one more summer to work. I started with CKO in GR the last 3 years I was living there and then had to go back for the 6 weeks I was back! I took my lacrosse team for some team workouts and that was such a fun experience for all of us & then I became a member myself because I immediately loved it. Shelby is one of the most amazing business owners I’ve ever had the pleasure to get to know. The workouts are awesome, the instructors are tough but inclusive & welcoming. Shelby is the GOAT, she manages to push you harder than you think you can go whilst also making you feel confident that you’re exactly where you should be. My schedule also lead me to Corey’s classes a lot & I loved him. He’s such a good coach & incorporates a lot of thorough fundamentals while keeping up a great pace. Cami is another baller instructor & I was always excited when I could make her classes. The other instructors I just didn’t get the opportunity to cross paths with as often but anytime I did I was not disappointed. This place, this staff, these workouts…amazing stuff!!!! I am so grateful that I went here, it was an unreal addition to my life. One of the parts of GR I will miss the absolute most when I move. GO GO GO, you won’t be sorry!!!!
