5 /5 Dana Tosh: After being told by my doctor that I had early stages of osteoporosis he told me strength training would be the best thing I could do. Also, I recently received a kidney transplant and made a promise to the donor family that I would take the absolute best care of my health to honor the sacrifice that a special young man made in becoming an organ donor. However, I was nervous and very intimidated by gyms because I was terribly out of shape but also knew this was going to be the best thing for my health. I bit the bullet and researched gyms in the Byron Center area. The responses and enthusiasm I received from Kelsey at Trv-Fit ran circles around the other gyms I checked out. In fact, one never even responded to my questions. Ive been at Trv-Fit now for 3 months and LOVE it! The personal attention and guidance they give their members is top notch! They TRULY care me and my journey and all exercises are adaptable based on your fitness level. I cannot recommend Trv-Fit enough!
