1 /5 Shymari _: Very rude staff. Wasn’t greeted and that should’ve been my first red flag but i needed a bathing suit. Whoever the mid size long dark haired girl and thinner dirty blonde highlighted shorter cut haired lady who appeared to be a manager were so micro aggressive. I asked an associate to place some items on hold and I’d be right back, she said ok yes i will, in this interaction i told them I’m buying this but i want to run a few other places to see their suits as well. Less than 30m later I returned to almost all my stuff put back. Had i came back 3 min later all of it would’ve been returned because i noticed a shirt i tried on was in the counter and when they seen me they started whispering. Before i even got up to the counter i heard the dark haired girl whispering to the blonde lady about me, repeatedly. Not ever did they apologize, the dark haired girl just looked goofy and kept saying “so and so told me to put it all back” not looking at me though, but whispering to the manager. I got to the counter and asked them unm where is my stuff? you said you’d hold it until i came back and they just said oh umm we will find the rest. Mind you, I’m spending over $100 on bathing suits alone and their response was fake small talk as if I’m not just standing there seeing how you put all of my items back on the floor. It came off as very racist honestly. Why did you just assume i wasn’t coming back like i said i would? It hadn’t even been an hour. I worked in retail and we hold until the EOD. I just returned it all at another location because that was just uncalled for and they couldn’t even have the decency to apologize and take ownership in their mistake. I should’ve returned it their though and ruined their conversion, not that they’d care. I’ll pass on 12 oaks they have a trend of prejudice towards certain people
