1 /5 Sunshine Sunshine: The staff is VERY RUDE in the twelve oaks store. They have the worst service and are very unprofessional. If you notice only one star is highlighted and that’s too many because ever since new management has changed especially the manager she’s horrible and her staff follows suit!! She doesn’t have oversight of her store for conversing with her staff rather than paying attention to her customers. Althea do you have a management handbook for her on customer etiquette? On the other hand I filed a complaint with the customer service department and they were very helpful. So if you have a problem there don’t be afraid to call and complain it’s worth the effort.

1 /5 Melissa Yo: I entered the store and I was greeted, but It was my first time there. I wasnt sure if they sold plus size clothing. One of the employees were professional. The other one was laughing.. why was she laughing? I thought that was rude !

1 /5 T. H.: Unpleasant experience as this was my first time in the store. I was never acknowledged; however, I decided I would still try on clothing. After waiting around for five minutes and not being helped with a dressing room, it was proven that my money was not good enough for this store. I politely placed the two items in its original location. Thankfully, I did not totally go out of my way to visit this store as it was the only reason I came to Novi mall. This location has lost a customer. I will go where my dollars are valued.

5 /5 Sophia: Went in to grab a pair of leggings real quick and was overwhelmed by which ones to grab. Lauryn was very helpful and I actually left with more than just a pair of leggings thanks to her. The store was so cute and affordable can’t wait to do more shopping!

4 /5 Alicia Corbat: Very clean and the staff was nice. $$$ but the cloathing seemed well made and like it would hold up. The fitting room attendant was nice to help me with a bathing suite that I could just not figure out. I wish they had doors instead of curtains on the fitting rooms but overall a nice store.
