5 /5 Erica Bauman: Ive been here twice in the last couple months and Im obsessed! The staff is very friendly, and there are tons and tons of clothes. It is very well organized. I shop for my nieces and nephews ages 0-11 and have found some very cute things in good condition for a very reasonable price. One note is that they dont have their own bags, so bring your own!

5 /5 Ariel Bair: I honestly don’t understand why this store has average reviews. From the moment I walked in, Marina greeted me with such a warm and positive attitude. The store was the first thing I noticed—clean, organized, and not overcrowded like many other Once Upon a Child locations I’ve visited. Checking in to sell items was super easy, and the entire process was quick. They purchased about half of what I brought and offered a fair payout of around $60. When I checked out, Juanita helped me, and the service was just as friendly and efficient. They even offered to help me carry everything out to my car as I left. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

3 /5 Layla Heard: Buying kids stuff for good prices is difficult however Once Upon a Child makes it fairly easy. The staff is pretty willing and kind except for two young ladies. They play inappropriate music occasionally in the store. I would understand if the establishment was something other than a kids store with kids in the building. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience. Granted I probably wouldnt go again. If you can, go to another location. Especially if you have children.

1 /5 QueenB33: Do not go here and waste your time!!!!! This place is a complete joke!! I tried to sell them some literally NEVER WORN Brand NEW EXPENSIVE dresses and a ton of other things but guess what? They only wanted to buy 8 of my brand new things for $12 total for all of it!!! This is supposed to be a place where you can sell USED baby stuff for them to sell cheap to other moms!!!! The people are insane! Wouldnt buy my stroller that I used 2 times negate the FOOT REST was a little scraped from storage. SMH, I read somewhere ann arbor is better but I really do not know! Even if you wanted to buy something, a lot of it is nasty and over priced but they wont take my stuff that looks 10x better. And want to rip me off for my brand new items... also lady was kinda pushy about getting me to "donate" my items and if I didnt want to donate to them she knew a great place... I feel like these people get you to donate their stuff so they can actually sell it!!! Find anywhere else to sell your used baby items because this place is a complete joke and will be a waste of your time. I literally took all my stuff back to donate to a place that I know about that actually gives the stuff to the moms and I will be rather donate all my stuff then get $12 from this Shady place.... if I could give negative Stars I would!

5 /5 Paulo Calvillo: I can’t say enough good things about Once Upon a Child in Novi. The staff here is absolutely wonderful — always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether I’m buying or selling, they make the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a seller, I really appreciate how organized and efficient their system is. I was greeted right away, and the team carefully looked through my items. They explained everything clearly, made a fair offer. It never feels rushed or impersonal — you can tell they care about both the quality of items they take in and the customer experience. Shopping here is equally great. The store is always clean, well-organized, and full of amazing deals on gently used kids’ clothing, toys, gear, and more. I’ve found so many great items in fantastic condition, all at unbeatable prices. Overall, this Novi location is truly a gem — well-run, well-stocked, and staffed by a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
