1 /5 Shayna Smith: The Manager Micheal is very rude, I tried to exchange a new balance jacket. I had no tag and no receipt and I was OK with not being helped but he simply told me he did know that I got it from there. Then he turned around and got rude and said I need to go back to the store I got it from and then told me to get out, he would not service me or my family. He was very disrespectful and I feel it was because I am black. I will be reporting Tomorrow morning.

5 /5 Kelly Smith: Whats not to like? Its better than being an empty store which it was after the other store closed down. When we went it was clean, bright, well-stocked with a variety of fun items at prices you wont see anywhere else. I mean a pair o black stretch pants for $3.00 come-on, how much better can it get. A baby outfit with gold lame pants...super fun. The are best known for their coats and in this department they did not disappoint. The check out was easy and smooth with no upcharge for using a credit card. We enjoyed it and will return.

1 /5 Maryann Spanski: I cannot read this place because I was never there I was in the parking lot because I went to the Humane Society thats across the way to take my dog for his prophylaxis treatment but theres no way means I stopped in and shopped at Burlington Coat Factory. Sorry but youre tracking of my shopping habits which apparently was done by computer is really fouled up. I think you need a better way to do things this computer crap aint working sorry.

1 /5 Kayla Stempowski: Overall shopping experience okay. Store was quite a mess, not enough staff to deal with customers and the ones that were there were in a hurry to get through the line. Today my 4 year old daughter puts her new coat on and is complaining of neck pain, & I just figured the new hood was itching her & she was being a typical ornery 4 year old but LOW AND BEHOLD, thinking I possibly left a tag on or something I find this giant needle piece between the hood and the neck liner. HAD MY CHILD LEANED INTO THIS OR GOD FORBID ANYTHING ELSE TO HAPPEN, SHE COULD HAVE BEEN HURT SEVERELY. MAYBE HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS SO THE STAFF YOU DO HAVE DOESNT HAVE TO RUSH THROUGH THEIR JOBS. THIS WAS COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE AND COULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
