5 /5 Mern: We sat at the bar because the lunch crowd had filled the place with reservations. But Raphael at the bar was better than any experience at a table. When he told me that they make omelets the old fashioned way with the additions cooked right in the raw eggs and not added just before they fold it, he had me hooked. My salmon omelet was delicious. And my husband’s short rib omelet might even have been better. You could tell from the taste of the coffee that it was brewed with quality beans. It also was excellent, smooth not bitter or acidic. I wish I lived closer. I’d be here every day.
