1 /5 Paige Pen: This place was absolutely disgusting. I used to get zoup all the time but moved away. Decided to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get it only for the food to be undercooked and over cooked with no taste and these bread bowls are a JOKE! It was all just sad to look at. We spent $60+ on food and could only take a few bites out of each thing. Plus they got the sizes wrong for each soup. Better off going to Panera down the road or frankly any cony island. Guess theres a reason why it was so empty in there. That should have been our hint to not order.

1 /5 Cathryn: You have to be kidding me. I bought the lobster bisque, got home, opened it, and poured it into a bowl and was immediately confused. It was basically just water. No lobster. No creaminess. No bisque. Just thin, sad soup pretending to be something it absolutely is not. I don’t expect five-star dining from a take-home soup, but I do expect it to at least try to resemble lobster bisque. This did not.

1 /5 Coco: This is my first time at this Zoup! location after only having Zoup! on one other occasion. I intended on purchasing the large container of lobster bisque and I saw a crawfish and shrimp soup I wanted to sample. The store worker said they dont give samples. I told him, Ill make a purchase first and then have a sample so they know I would be a paying customer. He said, I still wouldnt be able to get a sample. I spoke with the owner and she said they dont give samples either. How am I supposed to know I like the soup if I cannot taste it? I drove 28 from where I stay for nothing. I refuse to support a business that doesnt know how to please a paying customer.

I usually get the same 3 soups today I wanted to be different but I wanted to try it before I spent 17.00 on a soup that is not cheap and if I didn’t like it that would have sucked they would not even let me get a little taste. Needless to say I went somewhere else for the day. If it wasn’t so expensive I would have taken a chance.

5 /5 The Hungry Hobo: Ordered on 11/7/22 via UberEats Order: Mexican Street Corn Salad Soup & Sandwich(Spicy Black Bean Chili & Chicken Toscana) This was my first time ordering from a Zoup! restaurant. It definitely won’t be my last. The food was beyond amazing. The soup was a 3.5/5 on the spice level, and 10/10 on flavor. Rich, hearty, and warm. I’d elbow my grandma for another cup. The Chicken Toscana was great. The bread was rustic, the basil mayo was amazing, the chicken chunks weren’t too thin or large, and they grilled those onions and peppers to perfection. The greatest part was the Mexican Street Corn Salad. I mean, wow. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was more of a rice bowl than a salad, though there were greens in there. That Mayo and hot sauce combo *chef’s kiss*. This salad was probably one of the best things I’ve had the pleasure of devouring all year. It was filling, but every time I put it down I went back for more. I’d wrestled 6 crocodiles for another bowl. I’m excited to try more of their salads, and that’s a statement in itself. Do your tastebuds a solid and get a soup, salad, and sandwich. This was a holy trifecta of a meal, and I love them for it!
