5 /5 Katie Kourofsky: On 2/20, I visited two locations in the Detroit area. One was a no and the other in Rochester Hills. The experience I had at both were complete opposites from each other. I’ll just say that the nova experience was a bust however the wonderful staff at the Rochester Hills location, including the owner or fantastic. I highly recommend if you’re thinking about visiting a close mentor stop by the Rochester Hills location.

They always seem very willing to help, some maybe more then others. We stopped in today and Stephanie offered assistance right away, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.... thank you Stephanie

1 /5 Wil Rice: Went to sell some items and the sales ladies blocked me at the door. I understand it was time to close, but it felt very off putting as she was protecting the store from me “stealing”. And even after she stood there and told me that she didn’t move, I ended up having to ask her, in the nicest way m, “Well can I shop??” I won’t go back in there because I don’t like being made to feel like I’m not welcome and then to add insult to injury, the same sales associate says goodbye to the other Customers of “different persuasion” and when I walked out, she didn’t say anything.

5 /5 Suzy Lucaj: One of the best places to find discounted high fashion! Everything about this store is super clean, and the clothes are definitely worth the price. When shopping for designer pieces, you can tell they take their time selecting gently used items and brand-new clothing with tags still on. Every single time I walk into the store, I’m warmly greeted with friendly smiles and always ended up having a great conversation with them. The staff is incredibly easy to talk to and always take the time to explain everything they know about the items I’m interested in. They’re such a lovely group of women who work there. What makes this place even more special is how much they genuinely care for every woman who walks through the door. They take the time to get to know you, remember your name, your style, and even past conversations—it truly feels like shopping with friends. I also love bringing my black reusable bag to get an extra 10% off—it’s a great way to save money and help the planet, one step at a time. If you haven’t shopped here yet then you definitely need to!!!

1 /5 Erin Johnson: Do not I repeat do not shop here!!! Scam And fake! I bought two skirts for my dad’s funeral. They forced the black bag for a 10% discount not “sale”!!! I came back in less than 7 days and refused to refund me because the item was “on sale”. It was not “on sale” you forced it upon me with some black bag garbage deal. This was not explained to me and not clear on the receipt. A forced discount is not an “on sale item”.
